The Education for Peace programme takes a long-term approach through interventions in schools which tackle the underlying attitudes behind these diffuse forms of violence. These are our main goals:
1.To help students verbalize the various conflicts they experience in their environment and to identify the reasons why each of us can be violent.
2.To help students understand each other better, to listen and interpret each other's reactions.
3.To help students formulate alternative ways to resolve conflicts without violence, through listening, dialogue and respect.
